A Talk Between Sisters
Svalin tried to keep herself busy as to not think on her grandfather's words about her unborn son. It was almost ironic that the Goddess of Hope could be bearing the one who would destroy Asgard and Earth. She wanted to believe that he would be the hope and savior of Asgard and Earth.

Svalin busied herself with brushing Tryggvi and Snowflake in the stables.

	Dr. Demasi worked at a small clinic in LA and was the Defender's on-call doctor. She knew the Asgardians and their quirks and Svalin did not mind going there. "Nay. Curious. 	The nurse led them to a room and handed a flimsy gown to Svalin. The Asgardian regarded the nurse and the gown for a moment and then looked at Vernique. Seeing the look on her wife's face, Svalin took the gown and quickly put it on. "Wilt this take long? This ist most undignified." (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

"Most strange," Svalin said and took a seat.

It didn't take long for Dr. Demasi to come in. She explained to Svalin what she was going to do (didn't need an Asgardian overreacting) and explained that they would get to hear the baby's heartbeat and see the baby.

She turned on the monitor and put gel on Svalin's abdomen. A moment later an image appeared on the monitor and a tiny fast heartbeat could be heard on the speakers.
