"I maintain controlling interest. It was easy, since the company was all but bankrupt when I got it. Roger Bochs died holding almost sole ownership and it kind of ended up in limbo. They couldn't sell it off because some of his patents were government secrets, it wasn't profitable enough without him for anyone to make grand plays with if they couldn't use the Box and Headquarters patents, and he was a jealous control-freak... I just needed to make it profitable again."
