"Exercised, mostly. Called my brother for a chat. Nothing too strenuous." She responds, ordering herself a ginger ale as she looks over the appetizers.
"I'm still learning how to deal with being... hungry." She looks at him uneasily. "I was so used to being able to do it whenever the want struck me."
She's started separating 'need' from 'want', at least.
