Surrender to the peace (open)
Dusk at the Defenders compound. Marlow stood barefoot on the grass in front of her bungalow. She had originally intended to go to the main house for dinner, but had to stop and watch the sunset. For days she'd felt a shift in the world. It had saddened her for some reason she couldn't put a finger on, but the magic won out. It had to go somewhere and if she didn't let it out there would be consequences.

While the sun sank into the ocean, Marlow's body rose from the grass to hover several feet above the earth.

	And on the appropriate day, Corey will have the table all set, with the very best of both Italian-Brazillian fusion cuisine and local Creole dishes available, and, in the important religious function, little statues of the major gods in front of the plates. 	Any reason for a party, and Corey's food was good. Marlow reached out to touch one of his small sculptures to animate it for a few seconds. He did say artistic /and/ athletic. "It's a fun dinner. You have a lot of holidays to celebrate." (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	"Do they ever way thank you? They don't seem to have many worshipers left in the world. You'd think they'd take care of the ones they still have." She touched another one to see it move and pose.
