Misha was in stealth mode, although he was pretty sure his anger (and fear for Anya) was boiling high enough that he could be picked up on radar. He did a fly by, and another, directing his onboard computer system to scan the area for anything that could be of help in finding Anya. He wasn't expecting Toni, so he didn't consider she might show up.
