Anya stood at the corner across from the Thunderbolts HQ waiting for the light to change and the crosswalk signal to come on. She held a paper bag that contained a few containers of Indian food in it since she worked through dinner. A few hours in the lab and Martin's laptop had been modified in order for him to be able to use it. Now it was time to eat and get back to the dozen things she had to read for Ren Tech. After calling her parents and wishing them a happy anniversary and see how they liked her gift. They had been married for three years. Who would have thunk it?

The light changed and Anya crossed Hampshire street. She reached the other side and reached for the door handle of the entrance to the renovated firehouse that served as the TBotls HQ. The blow she didn't see coming hit her on the back of the head and blackness enveloped her.

A large man caught the body before it fell to the ground and picked her up as if she were nothing more than a doll. He put her over his shoulder and walked off into the night.

The next day a picture and a note was delivered to Xavier's Institute For Higher Learning addressed to Misha Romanov.

Misha collected his deliveries and wondered if Darlene had graduated from buying jewelry to something more valuable because he hadn't ordered anything that required delivery. He was still waiting for the package from Anya's assistant on the Genosha deal.

He opened the envelope and read the note. At first he thought it was some sort of gag. That carried him through a few steps before he decided to call her cell phone. With no answer, and still half convinced she was watching the damned thing ring and laughing at his gullibility, he disconnected that call and called Toni.

	Misha was in stealth mode, although he was pretty sure his anger (and fear for Anya) was boiling high enough that he could be picked up on radar. He did a fly by, and another, directing his onboard computer system to scan the area for anything that could be of help in finding Anya. 	His first impulse to blast his way in and take it all down was ruthlessly squashed. Two signatures, and a third on her way in. He took the chance that Anya thought of everything and he'd be able to contact Toni through the helmet comm. "You took long enough. Two inside. No idea what else is ready to spring." 	They arrived in the underground building that was serving as Weapon X's headquarters. Donovan practically collapsed as teleporting a few times and so many had used up all of his reserves. Tessa was started to get to her feet. Nicholas didn't even hesitate or pause during the teleportation. He pulled back a fist and aimed a punch at Misha's face. (Reply to this)(Thread)

	Anya lay on the small bunk and stared up at the ceiling. She wanted to be up pacing the small cell, but she couldn't move. Somehow the bastards had managed to deactivate her nanites leaving her paralyzed. All she could do was lay there and hope a rescue would come soon. (Reply to this)(Thread)

	Anya was in the medical bay of Avenger's mansion getting the once over by the staff doctor to make sure she was okay. She was still waiting for Dad to work on fixing the nanites. Which she hoped it would be soon. She didn't want to be back in a wheelchair. (Reply to this)(Thread)
