Dragons, Unicorns, and Dinosaurs Oh My!
Zoey loved New York City. When they came to New York it meant that Zoey could visit Scotty. No matter what business her mother had in the city with her job, she always made sure Zoey had the chance to visit Scotty. Zoey brought all her Super Buddies toys with her and her favorite movie.

After they played with the toys and watched the movie they moved onto playing Hide And Go Seek. Scotty was it and Zoey ran to hide. She ended up in a room with a lot of gadgets and machines. She hid under the desk. Giggles came from her. Scotty would never find her here.

Zoey waited for what seemed a long time. Maybe she had hid too well and Scotty got tired of looking for her and was doing something else. Maybe he gave up and she would be waiting here all day. Maybe she should go see what he was doing.

She crawled out from under the desk. It was time to go find...what was that glowing square thing? It looked NEAT.

Zoey moved the chair over to it and climbed up on the chair. Pretty!

There's a burst of blue flame right by the guy shooting at the T-Rex and Martin pops up, casually sitting on his flying disc as it flies along side his new ally.

"Hey! So...no idea if you have plans or not but...I've got a few ideas. As long as you have something that makes a suitable boom. Or you know how to take out a T-Rex that's standing still for a bit. Because I can do that. Nice to meet you by the way."

Oh wonderful, more stupid people standing around. "Giant dinosaur about to eat you! I thought the message was clear!" He frowns a little and conjures up another disc underneath the staring people to teleport them away. "Sheesh."

Nicolai had more than a few questions he wanted to ask his new found ally but that could wait till later there were much more important things to do right now.

"Yes to the boom and to taking out a standing still one," Nicolai says.

"But I think it would just be easier if you teleport one of these into it's stomach," he says pulling out a grenade. Was it fair no but it was a simple and straight to the point plan. Though he wasn't entirely sure if he understood Martin's teleporting powers quite right.

Martin seems to consider the grenade for a moment before shaking his head. "Two reasons. One, its stomach is a moving target, it'll be hard to accurately teleport that in there. It's easier if the destination is fixed." He puts up two fingers now, "And the second and more important reason: It's no fun. Think about it, when are you going to get to see how you fare against a real live T-Rex? Plus, it's not like you have to hold back against it. Perfect time to try out new stuff. I've got most people out of the way. Let's have some fun," he rubs his hands together in anticipation, causing a few magic sparks to fly.

"I promise to time freeze it and you can practice how good your aim is at getting that thing down it's throat! Win-win. I just need a bit of a distraction." Martin was not going to let this dinosaur opportunity go so quickly. When was the next time he'd see one in Central Park? Never probably.

	Nicolai was going to say something about quicker is better in this type of situation be realized it was probably pointless to say anything there. He just muttered a little with an eye-roll. "Will this do for the distraction," Nicolai says putting away the grenade and pulling out a flash-bang which he proceeds to throw at the T-Rex's head. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

"For the moment." Martin lets the disc fly him higher, until he has a good aerial view of the rampaging dinosaur.

Time freeze spells were his best spells, and normally he could freeze a few people at a time without the incantation. But something this big? Best to do it properly, plus he could let loose a little more. He flexes his fingers and holds his hands out with a smile to start the incantation. There's an ominous blue glow in his eyes as he begins to prep the spell.

	Martin's almost done the spell but holds back a little longer just to make sure he has a good lock on the T-Rex before letting it loose. He doesn't want to time freeze anyone else. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Nicolai started shooting a the T-Rex aiming shots at one of it's eyes. He was pretty certain that would be an effective distraction for their needs. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Seeing the T-Rex start moving for an attack, Martin picks his moment and unleashes the spell on it. Multiple magic seals form around the T-Rex, glow a bright blue and mid-lunge the hulking dinosaur freezes, unblinking as if only a museum exhibit.

"Your turn for fun grenade-guy! But you've only got minutes!" Actually if forced to he could probably hold it for 10-15 but only because he's had prep time. But really the guy shouldn't need that much time. It was only one dinosaur.

"I could check it out if I knew where it was..." He hopes someone tells him, a place full of dinosaurs would be fun.

He's about to mention that he only knows magic people before realizing that wasn't true anymore. He did know superheroes now...and he was on a team too! Martin grins, "I'll ask some people who are more used to this stuff. I usually do demons...not dinosaurs. But it's a nice change."
