Dr. Moira Ann Kinross MacTaggert had been busy. Her primary research concern lately had of course been her granddaughter Danielle's condition. Retrovirus-mediated therapy was looking like the best possible solution, but making <i>that</i> work with Danielle's physiology was going to be tricky. She'd need to see her again soon. Still, progress.

A telephone rang at the Xavier Institute.

	Lucas is in the kitchens making oatcakes and some other sweet treats as a surprise for Moira, and making some treats Danielle should be able to enjoy safely for her system while he's at it.
