Marlow sent the little family to New York City in the morning, so there was plenty of time to go by and see her parents before their appointment.

She hadn't realized, as she knocked at her Dad's New York office next to the Symkarian embassy, that he was with some of his crew.

Svalin looked to her wife to answer that question, but saw that Vernique was quite engaged with her father to answer. Looked like she was going to have to answer that one.

"Well," she said. "Vernique takes him flying often and he doth seem to enjoy it."

Solver knew they were talking about him and picked that moment to squirm in Svalin's arm. It wasn't easy trying to hold on to a squirming very strong child.

	Svalin eyed her wife as she took Solver. Someone was meddling, but Svalin wasn't going to call her out on it. At least not right now. Maybe later there will be mention of it.
