Kelly might have been able to dodge, but wants to make sure Bea isn't hit, so she just kind of rolls with being hit by an air conditioner.
There's a sickening pop or three as a couple ribs break and her shoulder pops when she hits the wall - and a couple equally sickening pops as things relocate.
"I'll get the musclehead, you take the girl-on-girl action this time." she signals to her sister over their com - better suited for playing cat & mouse with a super-stealther than duking it out with a brick, she figures.
Her machinegun is out of ammo, since she only had time to grab one belt, and possibly damaged in the collision, so she draws two auto-pistols, opening up on Marcus with those instead.
