Out of the field of vision, Hajime trusts his allies to do their jobs. In a battle of gods and monsters - what is one man with a sword to do? He bought them time, at least.
For the moment, he kneels, closing his eyes, trusting to fate, and praying to his ancestors, asking for guidance and the right moment, if it should come.
He may respect this foe more than most, but he has no intention of letting it take the Earth.
