No heavy artillery, her rifle requires two hands, her pistols won't do a lot against heavy cyber that survives napalm, and she's out of napalm... and a little distracted because OH MY GOD, CYBERNETIC LASER DINO IS AWESOME!
Still, what survival instinct there is kicks in as she runs down her list of armaments. Figuring that the dino will be loathe to hurt its pet too much, she races directly at Tim, diving and rolling last second towards the side with the injured wing, figuring she can get the giant lizard parrot to crash if she can get it to bank too hard. She'll figure out the laser dino when she has a second to think.
"Just look at it this way, now you'll never be able to stop smelling the napalm in the morning. Lucky guy."
