Riots in general are a bad place for Nick to be. He doesn't dare let the Rider loose - that would just drive a panic, and who knows who he'd target?
Still, he's been involved with enough of this type of thing to pick out the person helping incite the riot further.
A burst of hellfire explodes against the wall next to Nova. "Call that a warning shot. Don't make me tell you what I thought of your last record."
