"My brother was assigned to the SHIELD London office for a few years, and I went with him. It's just the two of us left in our family and he didn't want me to be in New York alone." She gave a little shrug. "He worries a lot. He's been more like a dad than a brother since our parents were killed. He's here tonight on special assignment. Blending in to keep an eye on things. Did your mom come to the party?"
