Kelly comes back into view, running hard to try and make it before the spell wears off. She places a small pad under the outer armor behind one knee.
"Ok, in theory, that should send a data spike - tell her her stabilizers are in trouble. Given her fear of not being able to walk, I'm pretty sure that is set to divert power to the legs and jets. That should give about a quarter-second opening for me to drop this EMP grenade... no way it'd work in a fight... but with the right placement... and exploiting a phobia to make an educated guess... oh, and the base will have no power whatsoever for about an hour. Martin, give me a countdown to releasing her, timing is going to be critical."
