It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas (open for meme posts)
Lady Sydney had declared that it was time to decorate the main building and the grounds for Christmas once the Migard calendar said it was December. Svalin didn't know much about decorating, but she could carry the boxes of decorations and reach the high places for Sydney. She was always eager to lend a hand and enjoy watching Zoey and Solver's faces light up at the sight of twinkling lights and shiny decorations.

She was carrying the last box of decorations down from the attic.

	While most of the season's inspiration is lost on him, its still near Midwinters, and the holiday involves food. He's not even sure who it was that suggested he hang the mistletoe... or why... but it made sense to him, since he's able to reach the rafters without a ladder. (Reply to this)(Thread)

	Kael was attempted to study this human holiday. He hadn't realized how utterly convoluted it really was. On one hand it was meant to celebrate the birth of a great figure in human history. 	As far as Marlow was concerned, mistletoe was for good fortune in the New Year. She blithely hung it up /everywhere/ she could reach, and being a talented sorceress meant she could reach /everywhere/. (Reply to this)

	Vernique came into the room. Lovely decorations, of course, but "Solver, no touching." Svalin's uncle had some kind of mistletoe allergy, didn't he? With what she vaguely remembered about Solver having some bizarre allergies, couldn't be too careful. (Reply to this)(Thread)

To hear mine own mother tell it, it ist when they discover the kitchen knives that they become hard to reign in," Brandr says while moving the mistletoe out of the way.
