Live a life less ordinary
Big Nick's was one of Tim's favorite places for a burger and some beer. Sometimes he got pizza with the works instead. Tonight was a burger day with a glass of Guinness. It was on the late side of the night, but that was one of the great things about Big Nick's. It was open late to satisfy beer and burger cravings.

He sat in a booth and drank his beer while he fooled around on his computer tablet. His burger would be coming soon.

	Etoile waited for Tim to make his move. With quick motion she slides across the floor, trying to make a connection with the robber by bringing him down with her legs. She wouldn't resort to her power, basic combat maneuvers would do just fine, at least she hoped they would be. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Tim aimed the small device at the guy and pressed a button. A small sphere of energy flew out of the device and hit the robber. He started convulsing from the energy and the shock. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	The robber wasn't expecting an attack. The girl slid across the floor and hit his legs. His legs buckled and then the ball of energy hit him. He started convulsing from the shocks. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Etoile quickly averted back once the ball of energy hit him. She was rather surprised by this said 'ball of energy'. This man wasn't any ordinary man, that is for sure.

Etoile slowly stood up, glancing around to everyone present in the restaurant."It's okay, everyone. Just remain where you are and stay calm." Etoile said reassuringly. She glanced over to Tim."Nice shooting."

"Welcome.." She nods her head, offering a friendly smile."Really? That's hard to believe...you were brilliant." She offered another smile. Etoile leans over to glance at this ID. SHIELD, Tim Dugan.

She knew about SHIELD fully. She couldn't let off about her previous life as a spy. She'd have to pretend on barely knowing of the organization."I've heard of it...I don't have an ID. I'm with the X-Men...Professor Xavier's school, heard of it?"

	"It would," he agreed. "How about when this is over, we sit and eat our food and pretend we're ordinary?" The police arrived and Tim showed his ID and explained what happened and gave his report. Etoile stood by as Tim did his thing and nods her head to one of the police officers."Want to bet that something like this or worse might occur in like...an hour or so?" She said jokingly. Etoile blinked a bit...he's sharp and fast on his responses."Do I sense a little bit of sarcasm there?" She wiggles a finger at him, smiles lightly. Etoile wouldn't be surprised if this man was in fact a genius. If he created weapons like the one he used, he most likely is.

"Well, enjoy the rest of your food. Let's me nothing else happens.." She reaches to out knock on wood (table near by). Etoile waved a little at him and moved towards her table.

	Etoile skips back over to her table all oblivious to the invite from Tim. After everything settled down and everyone calming down to go back to eating...her food was brought over. She realized he was sitting alone and decided to go join him. She shouldered her bag and picked up her stuff, wondering over to Tim's table."Mind if I join you?" She asked politely. 	Her face lights up when he agrees to it."Awesome!" she moves to the other side of the table, resting down her things and sits down."This is nice..normally I eat a lone here. Not much to tell huh? Etoile can't really point a finger at him for not having a fulfilling life. She doesn't exactly have a very busy life either."Wow..doctorate already. You weren't lying when you said you were a genius." Etoile grins.

"Dedication! Nothing wrong with that, especially if it makes you happy.Rock climb?! I LOVE..." She paused at her sudden overly loud excitement."...I love rock climbing." She said a lower tone of voice. I'm a huge book fan, I read a lot. Hm, weapons, training, computers." Not what normal girls her age would consider a girly hobby.
