Mission Briefing
Tim wasn't sure what was going on, but he had been summoned to a mission briefing. He usually didn't get called to mission briefings. The only briefings he ever got to go to were ones where they did weapons demonstrations.

He entered the room and was surprised he was the first one there. He grabbed a chair and kicked back while he waited.

Had her bosses not been in the room she would've teased Tim for that bit, the adorable know-it-all. Because of course everyone in the room knew who Erskine was.

But dear lord, new notes on the super soldier serum. This was...huge! Erskine's notes? The man pretty much was one of the founders of her field! To get to see these notes, let alone work on them would be...-wait, don't get ahead. Confirm what this meeting is for, and if she'll get to see the notes. Stay calm, look composed, no goofy grinning in front of the Director of SHIELD.

"And who's going to be on the re-creation project sir?" Only her and Tim? Neither? Other people? Would the just consult? But pretty please put her on this project. Chance of a lifetime staring her in the face. If this was a tease...

	Excited? That didn't even begin to cover it. Even ecstatic fell significantly short. So she has to bite the inside of her cheeks to keep the giant grin off her face and look even somewhat composed. She held up a finger to indicate give her a moment. Sitting still she seemed to be listening for a minute, waiting for the footsteps of her bosses to disappear down the hallway.

The moment they did though a giant grin broke out on her face and tackle bear hugged Tim in his chair. "Can you believe this?! We get to-I mean the man is only the-" She's too excited to actually finish a coherent sentence and the next sound out of her is what can only be described as a fangirl squee as she one again gives Tim the tightest hug possible. She finally lets go of him, but only to grab him by the shoulders and shake him in excitement. "Do you understand what this means?! I mean...history! Once in a lifetime-he was the founder of the field essentially! The-and nobody's been able to do what he's done-yessss! WE get to do it Tim. Greatest project ever and-" Coherent sentences not quite online yet, but luckily for Tim she lets go of him to dance back towards her part of the table and fangirl some more. Full out. With high pitched noises and clenched hands held close and shaking in joy. "Yessssssss!"

Yes. A grown woman having an extreme geek out moment with full on fangirling. Sorry Tim.

She just beamed. No way anything was bringing her down after this. Nope. Lena laughed at Tim. "Who says I've got it all out? But Tim! Best. Thing. Ever!" Cue another fangirlish squeal.

"Going to tell the lab I'll be out and do some last minute packing! Tim, we're celebrating this at some point! Beer, other drinks, unhealthy food, the works!"

She pretty much dashes out the door now and books it to her lab, with the bright girlish smile stuck on her face.
