Lightning Strikes
 Stephen Remus sat in the office of his penthouse, smoking a cigarette as he looked out the window.

"You have your team. You ready for your first outing?" Remus asked the figure behind him.

"Yes," came the audibly distorted voice. "We know where they'll all be."

Remus takes another drag of his cigarette before responding. "Good. You've all been practicing, let's see how you do against the real thing. Good hunting."

The sound of metallic boots are heard leaving as the figure goes to announce the mission's start.

The combined burst of energy sends Tarantula careening across the sky before he collides with the Stark building, a massive cloud of dust kicking up.

Instead of the Gold Tarantula, another barrage of missiles fly through, which in turn break apart into a barrage of smaller vibranium-tipped projectiles.

Iron Girl hadn't been expecting that. The projectiles went through her shields and embedded into her armor. A few tips went through the armor and bit into skin. It hurt, but she couldn't let it stop her. Not now.

She charged ahead and in to find him. She threw a powered punch.

He detected her heading his way, powered his armor, and flung a punch of his own.

The punch hit and Iron Girl went flying backward. She managed to stop herself before she went into a building. Her helmet was dented, but still working.

She flew toward him, letting another EMP blast at him quickly followed by missiles. Hopefully the one-two hit would work.
