Midnight Munchies (The Family Version)
In the Life According to Wong, young sorcerers are known for two things. Misbehaving magic and the inability to stay full for very long.

Correction - three things. The worst timing and problems with boundaries of all sorts.

All right, so that's four. Young sorcerers weren't big on logic.

It was the second reason that had Marlow up in the middle of the night checking her tiny kitchen for chocolate or pretzels, or even kale chips if it stopped her stomach from rumbling. She tried to be quiet so she wouldn't disturb Martin in the guest room. It looked like they'd managed to clean everything out of the cupboards during their movie marathon.

Eric didn't really get the name either but people did have a lot of fun with pet names.

"Sure, I'll open a bottle when we get back. Don't tell your team mom, though. You might be too young for it here...." The two midnight raiders blinked out of sight, and then blinked back in a second later.

"I forgot," Marlow said a little sheepishly. "Tell Nick his cousin says hello, please?"

"Okay! It's not fair how everyone says I'm too young for a lot of stuff," he pouts slightly, not finding it odd that mid-sentence they pop back into the Champions' kitchen. He gives Eric another wave as if this was the most normal and expected thing. "I do too!"
