As soon as he heard both that agents were taken in general, and Lena in particular... well, Aleks didn't need a rad test to know he'd be sleeping in the chamber tonight. A good reason to not be in the field.
He clenches his fists, clenches his teeth, and admits the truth. He'll trust the agents on this one.
"Understood, director."
He wants to break whoever did this. And given the chance, he would. Strategically speaking, a good decision. He's just glad its Nick making it.
