She appreciated Buck's professionalism, but she'd come to expect that of him during her time with the Avengers. It also didn't hurt to have childhood memories of a not so perfect Buck either.
"It's a good team, you'll have their full attention. We want our people back. And the colonel didn't forbid tearing the place down on the way out."
