Call to the Embassy
General Kendrick stared at the phone for a time, almost as if willing it to give him an answer that would solve everything, but in the end he knew there was no easy solution to this. In war sometimes you had to make sacrifices in order to achieve a more important objective. It didn't get more important than this. Finally with a sigh, he puts in the call to the Genoshan Embassy.

There's a momentary obstruction of light outside the window, followed by Angelo appearing inside the room. Behind Rikki, as usual.

"Mrs Kendrick? Good afternoon. My name is Angelo Bennet. I want you to be completely at ease. If anything happens, I can have you and your son out of here in an instant."

He's looking just a little fatigued, the result of several mid-range (in the global scale) teleportations to save energy. He can get the three of them, and maybe a few more young adult bodies, back to Manhattan in a single go if he has to.
