Trouble in the City By the Bay (Open to WCA and anyone in SF to react)
Once the imprisoned Zodiac members were free, they didn't wait long to make a move. Mikel Fury directed the members to attack Leo and his Triads in San Francisco. Violence erupted in the streets in the more seedier parts of the city and the civilians stayed inside out of the way.

She couldn't see, yes, but it wasn't like she had a target-deprived environment. Scanning around, she looked for the familiar shoulders and form of that wild one. "Ladies and gents, we have a surface-to-random-missile coming in from 40th," she warned into her comms. "Blinded but nuts? Not just a thug either." She saw someone going generally straight towards Toni. "Now now, Simon didn't say," she warned and started shooting at the guy's path to obstruct and steer him into a wall.

The shooting had him veer into even more of a beeline than he'd originally started with, but he powered through, arrows weren't going to put him off forever, and as long as he got this one bit done he'd be back in the fight. His uneven drive forward might've looked more out of place if they weren't in the middle of a crazy street war with multiple sides. As long as most people had someone they were fighting, he could weave through the crowds. He just needed to get within a few metres of the zapping girl, though she kept moving.

Judging the direction Toni was heading, he changed his course again, going even more into the fray and hoping all the extra targets would slow down the shooting by whoever was playing Robin Hood today. At last moment he went for a diving roll, knocking a few people aside as he did so, to roll past , though not far behind, Toni as she passed by on her disk, zapping villains.

But when he was back on his feet from the roll, it wasn't in Toni's direction he was grinning, but the general direction of where that outdated sniper probably was.

And it looked like there was a literal spark in his eye.

Oooh wow, looking up in her general direction. So skeeery.

Looks like she had to actually wound this one instead of merely scaring him off of whatever his crew was up to. Fine. She drew and fired a volley at the smirking guy, aiming for his extremities and non-fatal points on his torso. There were other fish in the barrel to deal with, so playing around with one of them was a waste of time.

New powers meant he didn't fully know what capabilities they had, but judging from what he'd seen the Avenger girl do, he had a few ideas. Flying disks and blasts had been demonstrated, and if these were electric powers, then there was a lot more that he could assume.

He tried creating a disk like the one she was on, but vertical instead to block the arrows. It didn't fully create a solid round disc, more of an electric spiral which blocked most of the arrows but still let a couple through. Grigory took one to his off arm, and another got a pretty deep skim into a leg. He gritted his teeth and tried making a disc underneath him, to propel him towards a roof in her direction.

Except the effect was more of a shooting out of a cannon type rather than a smooth flight, and though erratic and jerky at first, you couldn't deny the speed of the approach as he rocketed toward a rooftop where he figured the hobbyist turned attempt at superhero might be.

Frances couldn't quite figure out what the hell this guy was doing, flailing a bit before making a shield to block the arrows (Cojones). And then he seemed to slingshot himself, hurtling in the air towards her. Surface-to-random-missile indeed, she kicked herself this jinx and fired a net at him to tangle him up while she dove for a corner for protection when he smacked into the rooftop.

Was she... Had this guy doubled Toni's powers somehow? The normal jolt-juggler didn't seem to have any problems, but that could just be a mirroring technique. Great.

With copying powers there was always an annoying learning curve. Electricity girl had a decent amount of power but a lot of control it seemed. Ah well, he had enough practice at getting used to powers fast.

The net snagged him as he landed in a slightly uncontrolled roll, and he took a few moments to get rid of the damn thing before standing up and cracking his neck. Not the best landing. Holding his hand out, Grigory tried again to make the vertical disk shield, and this time the spiral closed off to create a rather well-shaped shield. Perfect, he was getting it more under control.

"Why don't you come out and play?" His eyes sparked with extra electricity and with his free hand he shot out a bolt of electricity to a part of the roof he figured she might be able to hide in. "Surely you can do more than shoot some arrows. They wouldn't let you on a team like this if you couldn't I'd think..."

"Asks the chickenshit hiding behind a wall," she retorted back without missing a beat. That looked like Toni's stuff, dammit. Good thing her boots were rubberized, she thought with a resigned sigh. She jumped out to brace against the farthest wall; sure he could see her, but so far his aim and control was squat.

And he was egging her. Oh sweet summer child, you have no idea who you were playing with. "Oh I can, but doesn't seem worthwhile to bust out the big guns on some wannabe gang, waving their dicks about to show they're hard core," she sneered and dodged to the next solid and not-metal thing to hide behind.

With her in view now, he shoots arcs of electricity in her direction. They're going the right way, and though the first doesn't start off too accurate, each shot is progressively and noticeably better. Dealing with a learning curve he's good at, just give him a bit of time.

"Clearly you lot haven't pulled out the big guns yet, or else they wouldn't have sent the renaissance faire employee to do the fighting.

Great, his aim was getting better. Guess she couldn't wait for him to taze himself in the face. She aimed a blue tipped arrow, missing him by a foot to land in the rooftop's doorway behind him. "Wow, recycles old lines as well as powers. How very green of you. I dub thee 'Ditto', the mimic Pokemon."

She fired the orange-tipped arrow at the ground between the two of them, an orange ring opening. Tucking her bow close, she charged forward and jumped into the orange portal, heels first. She reappeared behind him, boots to his back as she tackled him to the rooftop. "Also, not in a bodice, idiot."

"The fun part is...Ditto can still beat the subpar normal pokemon that come his way," Grigory shot back as he sent another bolt her way as she let off the blue arrow. "Really? By that much?"

When the orange arrow came out, he wasn't sure what to make of it, where the hell was the woman shooting? He actually blinked in surprise as a ring opened up and she dived in. What sort of arrows was she packing and where-

And he ate concrete. Flying kicks apparently were effective. But from his spot on the ground his eyes began sparking as he looked over his shoulder at her with a very annoyed look. "Would've been a better look," he almost growled. Least this stunt drew her in close...

So Grigory let loose, radiating electric bolts like wild from himself.

There was a feeling of panic and sharp pains in her joint and she couldn't breathe. Shit he was electrocuting her. Good thing they ran this kind of shit in training, should Toni need to be taken down. She dug her heels into the ground, rubber soled boots, but he was still making contact with the roofing. All she had was the major muscle groups, so she dug in on his shoulders and bounced his chest and head hard into the roofing.

Electric girl clearly didn't have immune or durability powers, at least judging by the way his nose smashed into the roof. The pain and now more anger had this next burst of electricity come harder, and as he recovered from the smashing of his head, he lashed out with even more electricity than before, not even bothering to aim much with this sort of proximity.

He was draining as much of his inner reserves as he could when the notice for a retreat came. Grigory managed to scramble to his feet and away from her, before shooting her one last glare, for the broken nose, and rocketing off with one of those electric disks.

Next time, he'd get her next time.

She got shocked again and then thrown off of the copy-cat to land on the ground with a noise. Scrambling onto her feet, she at least could ground herself by crouching on her feet. He was running off and gave her a dark glare, so she just gave a feral grin in return. That's right, she might not have powers but she bloodied his nose.

When he vanished from sight, she just fell over and let the aftershakes from the electrocution happen. Fuck that hurt like hell. "Guys. If anyone's not busy, I could do with a pick up... and an aspirin."
