Liliya Tarasova could take the shot and drop the woman, but the child couldn't be trusted not to do something stupid. Her charge's first concern would always be the children. He would do something stupid as well.
Instead she watched and took careful note of each face that showed itself. They would be leaving soon, of that she was sure. There were too many witnesses around them to draw this out.
