Rachel's attention was focused on Vlad now, deflecting the thrown projectiles with her telekinesis. As she did so, the Phoenix effect was starting to manifest more vividly around her.
"That the best you've got?" she demanded. "C'mon then! I'll show you how an X-Man fights!"
She pointed, firing a powerful blast at him.
