He could see she was getting distant, crap. She didn't mean to. It wasn't that she wanted to push him away because she was reminded of her friends but it was just strange and made her feel things she didn't want to. She didn't want to be angry.

"I'm okay," she assures him. She will be. She just needs to accept things for what they are.
