The gel doesn't wash away easily, as it's only meant to prime it's victims for horrors yet to come.
Gooth sneers and lets out a gurgling laugh as something else works it's way up, before flying from his mouth. Balefire, far stronger than normal, and attracted to wherever the gel already landed. It burns intensely, like napalm and acid.
