He regrets causing her injury, even indirectly. It goes against his nature as a healer, but he appreciates that she has the will and heritage to keep fighting. He isn't aware of the small amounts of outside help he's receiving, but between that, his work, and Moira continuing to fight the ritual with his help, the symbol, both in its impression in her mind, and the tattoo on her body begin to blur at the edges, if just slightly.
