Halbjorn doesn't rise, doesn't move save for shallow rising and falling of his chest. The bearsark already takes a lot out of him, leaving him tired, hungry and unfocused for some time when he comes down from the fury. To have it interrupted, and then lose further directly from his essence has him out entirely for the moment.
