Kristoff puts his hands on Vincent's shoulder and looks him in the eye. "I realize this is hard. But you will be all right," he says with forced calm despite obvious concern. "This can perhaps be fixed. Now I have to make sure that other people are not bleeding to death. And then we have to care for Andrea."
