Thoreau was on Team Draco in the breakup because Pansy was his best friend and she was definitely Team Draco. She hated Merlin. Somehow, supporting Draco emotionally had turned into being his errand boy for a while because Pansy didn't think she could see Merlin and not commit some form of physical assault. He sighed, knocking on the door to Merlin's flat. He understood there had been cheating and that was bad, but sending friends to give exes their stuff and get your own stuff back just seemed petty to him.

It was a good thing he and Rooney hadn't broken up. And that Thoreau was being good now. They wouldn't have to go through any of this drama.

Merlin wasn't sure how he felt about being tied up. He liked some of his control being taken away, but not all of it. He stared at Thoreau for a moment, about to protest, but then Rooney was grabbing him with a laugh and dragging him towards his room.

Rooney pushed Merlin down on the bed and grabbed a tie from his dresser, then tied the boy up to his headboard. "How's this, Reau?" He asked, watching Merlin tug at the restraints.

	"I think that looks good. You did a good job," Thoreau said, smiling at Rooney and leaning in to kiss him for a long moment. He looked down at Merlin, touching his arm to try and calm him down. "Are you okay?" he asked. "The tie looks nice and soft." (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	"I'm not... I don't think I like being tied down." Merlin tugged at the tie again, frowning at Thoreau. "I don't like not having control over the things that happen to my body." "You liked being spanked." Rooney pointed out as he looked down at him on the bed. "I'm not going to hurt you. I'd rather not go to prison, so you aren't going to die, at least." Thoreau's whole thing was not wanting to be in control of himself, but he thought he understood Merlin's point of view. He shook his head, reaching up and undoing the tie on his wrists. "If he doesn't like it, he doesn't like it. Surrendering like that is scarier than being spanked, Roo."

He handed Merlin the tie and smiled down at him. "Sorry. Too much, too soon?"

	Merlin let his arms fall and took the tie from Thoreau. "Maybe a bit." He admitted, looking up at the other boy. He chewed at his bottom lip, then got onto his knees on the bed, moving closer to them. He leaned in and kissed Thoreau softly, then Rooney, then sat back. "Maybe we should try this another time. 	"Maybe," Thoreau agreed, giving Merlin a soft smile. He reached up and ruffled his hair a bit. "You could come over for dinner if you'd like, you know. You shouldn't sit around by yourself all day." He'd definitely come around to Merlin's side of things. Hopefully Pansy forgave him. (Reply to this)(Parent)
