As for links! I don't know if you have a livejournal or not, if you don't, make one so you can friend these places so you can go back to! thats the only reason I have my LJ ! [: It's like the best place to find this kind of stuff! Lets see, my favorite places are icon tutorial, bigtutorials, resourcelove, icon coloring, and, just because I know you make icons with anime and stuff, toon tutorials. And honestly, I just like searching thorough livejournal and looking at all of the icons people make and just getting a feel for what i like and what not. i hope i helped you a little [:
