Cepheus was kind of nervous. James was away at practice and he'd decided it was time to become friends with Xavier again. Xavier had always been one of his best friends and he did love him. He still loved him, even through all the shit they'd gone through. There was no getting over the friendship love that he felt for the other boy.

So, he'd texted him the address of his new flat and asked him to come over. He'd just finished opening the containers of Thai food that he and Xavier loved so much and stuck a chopstick in the box that was for Xavier, when he heard a knock on the door. Taking a deep breath, he walked over and answered it, smiling at Xavier on the other side. "I- Hey."

Cepheus laughed a bit at that. "What mamkes you think she loves me? Because she brings me biscuits? She doesn't have a reason to love me. I'm pretty much nothing."

Sure, Cepheus was arrogant sometimes, but it was typically false. He wasn't actually full of himself. "There's chocolate cake."

James raised an eyebrow as he ate cold noodles out of the box. "What makes me think Molly loves you? Are you kidding? She sends you biscuits all the time and every time I talk to her she wants to know what you're up to. You're her new little favourite. I should be jealous."

He patted the seat beside him. "Sit down and stop hovering. I'm sorry I got emotional over you and Xavier, okay? I know I have no right to say anything about what you do with your body. It's yours."

Cepheus hadn't realised that James was emotional about it. He looked him over for a moment, then sighed and sat down beside him.

"I'm not hovering. I'm just standing." Cepheus told him with a shrug. But, he found himself leaning against James. "Do you want to watch Nightmare on Elm Street with me?"
