Kiernan was late for his own office hours. Not that anyone was showing up other than girls who wanted to suck his cock, but Louis was currently ignoring them and sending them away. He didn't want them intruding on his own territory, even if the man wasn't interested in him at all. Which he really didn't understand. He was hot. Beautiful. Sexy.

He lit a fag and propped his feet up on the desk, waiting for the other man to show. The longer he knew him, the more he disliked him.

Kiernan wasn't have a very good day. Velma was sick and he'd spent the night in America, helping his ex-wife take care of her, trying not to panic over her high fever. Every time he'd had a break he'd been Flooing to check up on her. The lack of sleep and the time confusion was killing him. He'd only made it through his lectures because he had them written out already. All he had to do was read from his notes and ignore questions from students.

He stumbled into his office after spending far too long fussing over his daughter via a fireplace, and sighed when he saw Louis smoking. He was supposed to dock points or give him detention or something, but all Kiernan could muster the strength to do was walk over and take the fag from him so he could have a long drag for himself. He closed his eyes, passing it back to Louis. "Why did I ever quit?"

	"I don't know. For some shite reason, I'm sure." Louis frowned and took his fag back from Kiernan, putting it back in his own mouth. He looked over some of the papers on the desk and then back at the door. "There are about five girls who keep wanting to speak with you." He informed him. "I keep telling them to fuck off." "Good," Kiernan said, reaching up and rubbing his temples. He could feel a headache building and all he really wanted to do was sleep. "I'm not in the mood to deal with their fucking schoolgirl crushes."

He took the fag back from Louis, inhaling deeply, savouring the feeling. He knew why he'd quit; Velma had come. It had been worth it, but now she was sick and Kiernan needed to smoke. "Fuck."

	Louis looked back at his professor and arched a brow. He reached up and ran his fingers through his hair, petting at the other man and smiling. "You look rough today?
