Marigold was hard at work, just as always. But, Charlotte had made her promise she'd eat at least once a day while she was studying. The problem was that she didn't have time to eat. With the help of a time turner, she was taking four extra classes and rarely had enough time to even finish her essays for her regular classes. Let alone the extra ones she was taking.

So while she was working on an essay for Ancient Runes, she was trying to munch on some fruit for dinner. She rarely even registered when people were around her, let alone when they were looking at her. She scribbled more notes, popping a raspberry into her mouth and chewing slowly.

	Howell wanted to say something about Marigold feeding him, but drawing attention to it seemed like it might make it go away. He just leaned forward and ate the berry from between her fingers instead, smiling at her. "Your cousins know Batman?" he asked. "I guess your father is a big proponent of Muggle solidarity." 	"Really?" Howell laughed a little at the idea of Brutus Macnair being a huge nerd. Flirting with Marigold apparently had all sorts of perks. He picked up a berry from her bowl and held it out to her. "That is stupid, but I guess people would be less afraid of him if he was honest about himself, which he probably doesn't want." 	Maybe he'd pressed his luck mentioning how well this was going. Howell smiled at Marigold and stood up. "You're right," he said. "I should go see my friends anyway. I'll see you this weekend.
