Wow, good question, Lian.

The most rewarding things I can think of are the team cookouts, Halo parties, and knowing that when I need back-up, I know that these guys and gals are willing to back me up. They also know that if they need anything, they can come to me.

The most difficult thing, I'd say, is knowing that each of these people count on me to lead them into and out of every fight in one piece. It's one thing to have a kid sister depend on you to take care of her, but it's something else when your friends are doing the same. They're putting a lot of faith in me, and I want to everything I can to be worthy of that faith.
