Derek is so very happy that she decided to come along, and once she's settled down he's about to say something when just how heavy she is begins to dawn on him. With the Thorsdottir, that means she's Asgardian and a hell of a lot heavier than him, but he's half Atlantean. Or well, quarter, technically.

So he'll be a man about it. I mean, he'd be a pansy to just ask her to get up. Besides, she's all kinds of pretty and hot and on his lap.
