About:

top15 is yet another addition to Scibbld's Rating Community family. However, there is no rating or application associated with this community. At any given time, there will only be 15 present members in the community. If interested in becoming a member, you will peruse the Member's Page, and find a member that you feel doesn't belong and attempt to challenge that member for their spot in the community. If you should win the challenge, the loser would lose their spot in the community, and the spot would be given to you.
Currently, there are 15 Auto-Accepts left in the community.
Please make a post with your username, real name, and age. Post two of your best photos, indicating which you'd like for your duel/challenge photo, and which you'd like for the member's page.

-Only members of the community are allowed to make posts in the community.
-After initiating a challenge, you must win the challenge and become a member to make comments on any post other than your own.
-A person may only be challenged once at any given time. Meaning, there can't be more than one person challenging the same member at anytime.
-Rating community rules are pretty self explanatory.

Challenges are your application into the community. Below is a form in which you will fill out and post FRIENDS ONLY into the community. The member's page can be found here.

Duels are between members. The loser will not lose their spot in the community. Fill out the form below if wanting to initiate a duel.
