On #8: a Question
Random post... I'm trying to figure all this out, though. I've never seen the Dr Who movie that features the 8th doctor, but I have watched the new series that starred Chris Eccleston and David Tennant (and soon, Matt Smith).

I'm confused about the TARDIS appearing to be grey and dead... It never does that in the series so I was wondering if it does in the movie, and if it's actually powered down or whatever, how is it translating Eight's speech into Hylian?
