Halloween Party (for Saturday!)! Everyone!
Halloween was her favorite day of the year, outside of her birthday. And Christmas. And Valentine's Day! It was still pretty up there, considering that there were 365 days in the bloody year! Liz couldn't handle the excitement, whether it be from dressing Katie up in adorable little outfits (plural, because she simply could not pick one obnoxiously cute costume for her daughter) or doing her hair or making Ian dress up and the candy!

Ohhhh, the candy.

It was probably not a good idea to be on a full blown sugar rush when you left for a big party like this, but her fans (she had FANS!) were used to her rapid paced talk! So this should be the norm for everyone, because Liz Bell was a show stopper! The red carpet was sooo much fun, and the Bells were just sofreakinggoodlooking so why would the cameras not flash at them and sigh.

Halloween was the best ever.

"How are my buns?" she asked without looking up, unsure if she had wandered away from her husband or not. There were so many pretty costumes and lights and shiny things...it really wasn't her fault if she'd gotten lost in the crowd.

Wow, she wasn't sure what was worse- the swiftly deteriorating Seth Wadcock, stepping closer to a drunken stupor by the second, or Noah seemingly so angry that Odette was fairly certain he was about to commit murder with a fake sword. It had not been a good idea to dress him up as Perseus-- nor her to emulate a helpless greek princess. Hm.

Suddenly, Odette felt very tired. Tired of Seth, tired of constantly trying to keep Noah as far away from possible from Seth, tired of quidditch, tired of her family (who had yet to let up about anything now that she had finally clued them in about getting married</i>), tired from just--- everything.

Maybe she just didn't like a drunken Seth Wadcock explaining her "relationship" with him to her finance, or maybe she didn't like how vehement Noah got--- but either way, Odette knew she did not have the capacity for this right now. Not one bit. Nope.

So without really thinking, Odette bent down slightly to place her cup on the floor. Without a word, and staring blankly in front of her, she turned her back to the both of them and simply walked away. To get her cloak, because she was going home now. To most likely cry her eyes out-- it had been long coming with all the ridiculousness that had been occurring in her life.
