Lame Villians: The Lameness Strikes Bad
Sam was headed to one of the local shopping centers in Star City to investigate some reports of strange goings on there. The reports sounded almost to strange for him to believe which was why he was going to check them out. Plus they sounded like they would be kind of funny to watch happen.

Stairs going wild and the like all seemed pretty entertaining to him.

Thomas had been out of Gotham a lot lately it seemed. But after a quick stop back during Thanksgiving he'd headed back out of town to pick up on a lead in Keystone and then check one in Star City. He also wanted to be sure that his work there from last time was still holding up.

But odd reports from the police scanners certainly caught his attention and he figured, why not. So Robin swings over to the shopping center. When in Star City...

Elevator Man grins as he sees the heroes approach. Perfect time for the team up of the century. Stairs and elevators! Better combo than snakes and ladders.

Even better that this girl was eager to please. She made a wonderful cute plucky sidekick. And all Grade-A villains needed one right? Right.

"That's them. The little bastards that ruined my last plot and embarrassed me. Let's not let them ruin my-I mean our- plans again."
