Missing Persons
Once Corey and David had reported what they'd realized to the Professor and Uncle Scott, Corey was left with the fact that there he couldn't think of anything useful to do until the staff figured out a little more of what had happened to Cait and the others and where they could be found.

Announcing with agitation that Cait and the Gileses and others had been missing for day and to let people know felt only marginally helpful.

He sat in the hallway, thinking.
...Please let there be some answers before he called Mom and Dad.

	"They've been missing for days. I kept thinking Cait and I had just kept barely missing each other, you know, but...her bed hasn't been slept in for days. No sign of infiltration on the grounds, no anti-mutant attacks in the news. The Professor and Aunt Jean have been doing their thing trying to find them, but they're not sure about anything yet." 	Lucas takes the offered paper, then moves to find a slightly out of the way place to sit down cross legged. 	Hopeful Corey is hopeful. Caitlyn Drake is, of course, very, very far away, but depending on how such things go, Lucas might notice the specific address that held Cait's attention for several days and was eventually her destination. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Its like watching someone with a ouija board, his fingers move over the page, even though his eyes are closed, and his head is tilted upwards. The hand finally comes to rest on one ad in the middle of the page.

He pauses a few moments, saying a silent prayer of thanks to the local spirits. "I do not know if it was meaningful, but this advertisement here was very important to your sister for a time." he responds, handing back the paper and indicating the important one. "I do not know what it is, or why it was important, but it held some resonance for her."

Chris nodded, then shrugged. "I get what you're saying but... if we just hole up and refuse to go about our lives, well.. 'they' win. I'm not about to let whatever's going on scare me off my track."

She started digging in one of her bags. "Found something for you though. Remembered something I heard you going on about..." She trailed off as she dug. "Ah."

She pulled out a small framed embroidery of a goat-man with a pan pipe. "Ta-dah." She handed it to Corey.
