Well This Is A Bit Awkward - Crack 9
Svalin wasn't tired and she decided to use the training room to release some frustrations. After three hours in there she decided to cool off my taking a quick swim in the pool. She headed to the pool directly from the training room. Once outside, she stripped and dove into the pool. Not once did she think about finding a swimsuit.

Hmmm. This place is a little odd. This was the Defenders place, huh?

Derek wanders around a bit. He had been a little...unorthodox with his entrance into the actual Defenders hide out (would you call it a hide out? Maybe "headquarters" would work better) but Mac had been pushing him to look at the many teams out thereand introduce himself. His DNA was on record, so he didn't set off any security when he used the transporter from New York to LA, but not everyone knew him.

But he wasn't running into anyone anyways.

"Hello? Heeeeeeeeeeelloooooooooooooo?"

Maybe the pool had people? he heads out to where Mac said the pool was.

Of course, the youth in him can't help but want to squee a bit. He may be immature, but his interests are (mostly) wholesome.
