Lucius sits up in his bed at Malfoy Manor, the sun streaming in through the window in the early morning. He hadn't been able to sleep last night, not with the anticipation of Narcissa's arrival today. He'd told her to Floo straight to his bedroom, so they wouldn't have to awkwardly speak to his parents. He'd prefer it if they could just spend time together. He'd never admit it, but ever since he'd left Hogwarts the previous year and she'd had to stay, he'd missed Narcissa, even if she was naggy and annoying and insufferable. For whatever reason, he loved her, and he hadn't seen her in at least a month, and that was just terrible. His job at the Ministry was really running him down, and he just wanted to see her for a little while.

He got up out of the bed and changed his clothing, getting ready for her arrival.

	Lucius furrowed his brow. "Darling, that's barely six months. You'll graduate in June, and I know you'll need a month to recover, and we'll have to plan everything, and I'll have to get time off. Weddings take time." (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	She sighed with relief. "Good. I didn't feel like throwing any Bat Bogey Hexes quite yet. I'll just wait for a little while." At his latter remark, Narcissa smirked.
