Myself again, whoever that is.
I'm back to feeling like I was before the operation (but not how I did during a gallstone attack!). Laparascopic surgery really is amazing. The incisions are pretty much healed and don't look like surgical wounds at all. I doubt they'll scar at all. I've had nastier-looking cat scratches. Tomorrow I see Dr. Rios for my follow-up visit. I only met him for a few moments before the surgery (when he introduced himself, and agreed with the nurse who said the labret retainer would have to come out during the operation) and the next day when he asked a few questions and pronounced me fit to leave. He seemed fairly un-assholish, though.
