AU meme: Thief in the night

He didn't come to Gotham all that often, but once in a while he'd make the trip. It was his mother's old hunting grounds after all, and seeing the places of her stories and trying to reenact the thieving bits never got old. Not to mention the security was better than most cities. No doubt leftover from her more villainous days.

Thomas had already snuck into the Gotham Museum of Art and was at the Van Gogh exhibit they were famous for. Cameras off, sensors evaded, no security nearby meant he was free to take a moment to take it all in.

These field trips were always fun.

	He full out laughs when he sees she's on his tail, loud enough that it rings through the night. This was certainly fun. Thomas swings and releases his line, doing a few flips mid air before rolling into a landing on a roof and taking off. He looks behind him and shoots her a grin. Catch him if you can. 	Is he flirting with her? Oh for crying out loud. She chases after him moving like a professional when it comes to this. Her superiors will grind their teeth if they ever hear about this. 	To be fair, she flirted back. It's encouragement! And if she's going to crash his stealing plans then he might as well get some fun out of this anyway. He moves fast, and clearly used to escaping things, flitting in and out of the shadows, it's occasionally hard to keep track of him but he makes sure she can still see him enough to make this chase interesting. 	She was tracking him pretty well anyways. She manages to stay within roughly six meters of him for a good while. Then there are unexpected birds and she has to pause so they don't knock her around. He gets more ground only because of that. But she loops deciding to trick him into thinking she got a little lost. Why not mess with him? (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
