So somehow he'd managed to torture himself with the way things got organized. How this had happened, he wasn't sure, considering he'd been aware of what was scheduled for today but somehow this had happened. A good tip about certain mafia movements from the Fox had somehow led to the usual heavy flirting and teasing between the two of them. How this had led to the mention of a late night rooftop pool, he wasn't even sure at this point, all he knew was that she had that teasing smile on her face when he'd heard a 'See you there tomorrow then' and then of course she was gone.

Now this normally wouldn't be an issue, and he'd spend the day looking forward to this, she didn't like swimsuits after all. Except...distracting day dreams on their own were one thing. Add them with this day time engagement he'd had scheduled for a while, that he /knew/ he had to go to today and...torture.

Victoria's secret swimsuit show. Small, rather exclusive gathering, and being one of the younger business attendees...the flirty looks his way.

And during all that he'd have to spend all his energy thinking of the most unsexy thoughts ever. Otherwise how could any guy stand it?

Making things worse, one Maria to laugh at him and make this so much worse.

Ugh.

"I said know well," he pointed out with a smirk that faded at the this world part, just a reminder that wherever she was here, she wouldn't know him. He hadn't looked into her whereabouts or life on purpose. It was just easier to think of her as dead and gone than not knowing him.

"Please, you wish." Though either way he got dates with multiple swimsuit models. It wasn't a terrible thing as long as they could hold a conversation.

He was sort of grateful the show was starting now. Who'd have thought. Though on the surface he seemed completely fine, smiling back at any models who glanced his way (perks of being one of the younger attendees), his hands fidgeted as it went on or he dug his nails into his palm. Worst part was when some blonde model would come strutting down the runway, which had him imagine another blonde in that swimsuit and the fact that she didn't like swimming with one on...

	Maria watched the show and wished that there were male models modeling swimsuits. It would have made the show a hundred times better. While she watched she made mental notes of which models to approach. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

His jaw seemed a bit stiff upon closer inspection but with the lights dim he could pass as a relaxed spectator. No, he was not thinking certain thieves emerging naked from pools. Okay fine, but it was a completely understandable thought.

And damn Maria for teasing him until he threw himself into that bet. Now he'd actually need to pay full attention to each model and pick his targets instead of trying to distract himself with other thoughts. His nails dug deeper into his palm and he inwardly grumbled again at the terrible scheduling of this.

	Probably because he was trying to not think of those swimsuits on a certain blonde instead and them coming off. While also remembering to scout out ones to win the bet with.
