Looks good!
I'd prefer Luthor not be revealed for who he is, though he has means to disguise his identity - since he is still not personally connected to any of the events he's had a hand in and is actively trying to keep his identity from being discovered as an active villain - but that doesn't mean he can't send minions, remain active, mastermind stuff, even appear in disguise - all of which still works with this plot, I think.
