	i think the deadweight people you never see around and who are basically psling aren't going to bother to opt out or to vote so i don't see why it's that big of a deal (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	the problem is the people doing awards clearly want to make sure it's fair and EVERYONE gets a nomination/award, and when you have people who are going to not do anything to be involved it makes sense that they want to know. personally i think it's being a little idealistic (Reply to this)(Parent)
